VIDEO: Lovely Self-Directed Performance By Shine Di Light

Cow Horses have demonstrated on numerous occasions that they have a characteristic ability and in addition a natural love for their occupation: they’ve been known to cut dairy animals without a harness and even work a banner without tack or rider. Yet, this little female horse takes the cake as the best illustration we’ve ever observed of a steed that knows its occupation.

Observers at a Southern California Reined Cow Horse Association appear back in May of 2015 saw a quite unbelievable sight: An all-around prepared stallion working a cow without a rider. The 8-year-old female horse, Shine Di Light, went separate ways with her rider, yet that didn’t prevent her from taking care of business.
